"They shot him over and over and over again." 33 bullets were discharged. When the puppy was hit, the cop stood over it and pumped more bullets into it. During this altercation bullets flew everywhere hitting cars and homes with people in and around them. Residents say it was "dangerous and irresponsible behavior from police." This from a force who's union placed an ad stating that "Camden would be a living hell if cops were laid off." The fear mongoring got $2.5 million from the State and the Feds to hire 55 of them back.

Yeah, 33 bullets to kill a puppy (why? and why kill a puppy?). Makes me think of the troublemaker at the place where I work who staged a riot in the cafeteria. It took 6 burly cops to subdue him. He had thrown a stink bomb in an earlier incident and said he was going to steal something and cause a riot the next time he came to the college. He did. Threw a cash register to the floor, and the cops hit uninvolved people during the fracas.
