contacted xbox support on twitter got the same "our Engineers are working on it" response I am surprised at how Microsoft get away with repeated crappy support violations. I am 100% xbox fan but this isn't isolated crappy support services. At least with Sony's issues it wasn't there fault. Microsoft Pick up the ball or isolate more gamers with shit support when things go wrong they need to be fixed promptly not in 8 months time. this issue is over 40 days old still no fix or roll back .

the same thing happens to me. i called microsoft and they dont really care but if it cost 1 dollar instead of being free they would be right on it.

Not sure how I did it but i did 2 things & then it worked
First i dissconnected my xbox wireless adapter & turned on my xbox & went to kinect tuner , then shut xbox off reconnect the adapter and loaded kinect funlabs
Then as kinect funlabs was loading i did the pause thing ( right arm straight down left arm raised ) & it loaded
Don't know which of these did it but mine loaded

Same issue here - very repeatable. Would also be interested to know if there's a solution or just a MS software defect.
