Congratulation!!! WOW that is really nice......I am working out againg I went from 135 to 172 I really need to go back to my old size .......I know that I can do it....good job!!

I'm probably a bit late now as this vid is old but muscle has memory...if your arms were toned as a chearleader u should be able to regain that. Personally i would stay away from the lat pull down machine or use it now/again. Try free weight dumbells between 2-5 lbs and different excersises
