Riverfront MX Park 09-20-09

Here's a little clip taken today 09-20-09 at Riverfront MX Park in Marysville, California. Unfortunately the Go-Pro Wide does an excellent job of making the obstacles appear small. The jump at 0:30 seconds is actually pretty good size, and the landing is peaked. Casing the landing could easily be an ankle breaker, especially for an older tubby fellow like myself. The whoops at 1:05 are brutal, check out the smooth line to the left where all the manginas ride completely around them. I think a fast rider could skim them, but I doubt it would be pretty! Anyway, enjoy. :)

Hey Landen, just make sure you land straight and you'll be fine. I haven't been there since this video, so the track could have changed some. Odds are you can handle coming up short both wheels, casing it, or over jumping it, just as long as you land straight with no loop or endo. The jumps there are pretty safe, be careful after they water, the faces are really slick. The only jump that can bit you is that big double, casing it would hurt. Have fun!!!
