tasers are useful only in certain situations...

a drugged guy who wants to beat you will be immobilized just as long as the taser is emitting electricity.. after that it will immediateli get up and keep coming after you... that's because most drugs don't make feel the pain

so again.. taser will work only on an un-drugged unsuspecting criminal in my opinion

yah but what you have to realize, mosquiton001, is that pain is only a part of a taser. What a taser is really useful for is making all the affected muscles contract involuntarily rendering the receiver incapable of movement for some time. Just cuz hes hopped up on drugs, doesnt mean it doesnt work the same. He may be able to ignore the pain but he cant do anything when his body is forced to contract like that
