thats common sense for sane people lol but if your a normal person sometimes they don't know the difference between 30 sec with a taser and 1 min that could be life or death

I guess that would be true if people were nothing but mindless savage beasts. I don't ever want to be tased, and I didn't learn that by getting tased. Should we make all drivers license applicants get hit by a car just so they don't drive around bagging pedestrians?

It actually makes sense if you think about it because people could taser people randomly not even knowing what it feels like its like punching someone repeatedly without being punched yourself you don't know what it feels like

It's more that they all hate looking black and tried to make themselves more white, even if they didn't all get bleached. To me that's just insecurity and a lack of self esteem. Janet doesn't look toooo bad, but still those kids had major issues and it shows :(
