Hey Tom! I ordered P90X the other day and so ready and excited about it! And I just want to say that I just love your videos! It's so nice to see a normal person do these exercises and not an actor or professional athletes. Thank you! I think your videos will help me stay motivated.

Haha I must say, the yoga is ridiculous at first! The first week, my girlfriend came home early, and caught the end of my yoga workout. I was so imbarressed, I flipped out and we got in a fight! It was funny, because I remember saying something along the lines of "Im sorry if I have an attitude, but its hard trying to stand on one leg and stick your head up your own ass!" LOL The things you ll come up with when your in pain!

Love your video.. my husband and I are probably going to start it this weekend.. or as soon as we get it. Nice to watch a normal guy working out to this.. and it was fun to watch... HOpe i can stick with it.. because it looks really hard.. Those push ups are gonna kill me..lol

try keep a neutral posture even when doing squats.. when doing any of these excersises

Hey Tom. I ordered P90X today... ready to bring it, put it down, pick it up, throw it against the wall, catch it, spin it and dunk it. Question: what equipment do you think is needed to begin? Chin-up bar and.... ? Thanks for the vids. The best ones I've seen yet! Cheers!

You're gunna need the Chin up bar, Resistance bands (or weights) you need a yoga mat, seriously, and you'll want to pick up some recovery drink also. I like the push up stands but I think you could get by without them.

Hey guys, thanks for all your comments so far. @ p90xdiego, glad you like the videos, I actually have a buddy who is doing all the editing for me. I record almost all the workouts on my own with a tripod and my camera, except for Kenpo X in this week's video. Otherwise he does all the editing, I'm not sure what program he uses but I can ask him for you.
