@Neosaigo "Climate scientists" are like "creation scientists" and "homeopathic scientists", they aren't actual scientists. Scientists, by definition, are people who practice the scientific method. These scammers do not. If they did, then they would be open and honest with their actual data. Instead, they practice the religious method of inventing "evidence" to support their supernatural conclusion and attacking those who demand data.

I agree with the sentiment of the video - but I thought Jon Stewart's climategate jokes we're funny (regardless of his previous adulation for the liar Gore).

Also, Stewart delivered what remains the most memorable and damning indictment of "the trick to hide the decline".

That data from the "fraud emails" was just verified by independent scientists. Turns out it was worse than originally thought. The scientists did make a mistake and underestimated the results, that's why they were emailing each other about less than robust results. Now the right-wing media haven't mentioned this, despite how they freaked out when the "scandal" broke. Instead the right wing media is being paid by McDonald's to promote the McRib... not on commercials, but during "news" casts.

If you would watch the whole video (just search for 'Scientists Hide Global Warming Data' on the Daily Show website) you would see that nowhere does Jon Stewart try to distance himself from Gore or global warming. People who deny climate change based on partisan politics need to grow up.

There are two dumb sides to this whole thing:

1. A politician get involved in science. Dumb.

2. People who deny Global Warming based on partisan politics. Dumb.

If scientists say something, it should make you at least consider it as a possible threat The only people who can deny climate change are climate scientists. Become one if you are so sure it is a fraud. The end.

IMO it is too late anyways.
