Here's what Kevin K has to say about the disk: New Toys was a very popular band from Buffalo 1979-83. We had a first LP "Say IT" released in 1982. It just did not capture the sound of New Toys. "Made In Buffalo" does !! This is the record we should have had.. So its been 32 years since Doug Tyler, Meat Cleaver and I have been in the studio together. If Iggy Pop and The Stooges can get back togehter, well New Toys can as well. The sound of this cd really has a nice 1980s feel to it. Big drums and loud guitars with no bullshit over producing. All about the songs and melodys! Doug and Cleaver performed excellant. Time has not slowed any of us down. New Toys are the KINGS of powerpop/punk rock and roll from Buffalo. KevK
