Would I be correct in that Jenny Lake is patterned after actress singer Tina Louise who sang for the troops during the Vietnam war with Less Brown's band with Bob Hope? As you may know Tina Louise played Ginger on Gilligan's Island?

This was probably the best scene of the whole series. They really did well with splice real footage from the USO shows and they got the look and feel of the 60s navy, not to mention the irony of the song vs Hammer never coming back.

@MinervaAnnMcGonagall I have to agree I remember this feeling so anti-climatic when this first aired since we knew what happened with harm's dad by this point in the show but it was still a great song and sad to see 10 years later.

I'm not sure if the DVD's out in The Netherlands. And I can't get the USA-Dvd 'cause the USA are region 1, and Europe is region 2... Too bad. I believe over here you can get the DVDs up to season 6. I've only got season 2. ;-)
