This is a brief clip from a solo mission with my psychic blaster. This particular powerset/archetype combo is only possible as of Issue 12.

The character is level 24, psychic blast/devices, and is dressed as a certain end-game enemy type that villains may recognize.

It's a trench-coat, you get it when you get the 3rd Months Veteran reward (you got to play for three months to have it ;) ).

Is that a cape you're wearing or is that an unlockable upper body long jacket type costume?

I was looking for something like that when I created my character but the default options don't include anything like this... If it's not a cape, what is it and where do you get it?

great video, I have a psy blaster as well, havent played in over a year but this is inspiring me to bring him out of retirement, never got him to 50. Great job. Love it.
