Very nice compilation of various throwers and technique. One thrower who is hard to find on video and is quite overlooked technically is Russia's Barishnykov, rotational thrower #5,#6 and #7 on this video. Thanks for posting and hope you throwers out there learned from this vid that there is more than one way to skin a cat (whatever that means!) when it comes to technique. Bottom line...whatever it takes for your body to get into a good power position and explosive release on the shot!
