The problem with your form, is that your knees are surpassing your toes, which means that your putting less stress on your quads and stress on the caps. When going down, slightly spread your legs outward so your caps out surpass your toes. Other than that, 7/10

@AssyrianPowers yeah. this is over a year ago...it's definitely improved since, and corrected even more then just the knees. better hip drive, better tempo. im sure ill post pics again eventually
