Song is Gramp Slams by Bassnectar. I did sort of a different dance for this one. Not your typical bellydance music. Performance was at World Grotto after Moria's workshop earlier in the day. BTW, Melodias kick ass, except for when you slip on them. :)

  • Very nice choreography... love the band. and your outfit.... did you make your belt? if not could you direct me to where you bought it? lol

  • Yes I made my own belt. I make all my costuming except for the bedlah in my most recent zill routine at Messina's. I still have the materials if you'd like me to make you one. Just let me know. :)

  • oooh about how much would it cost?

  • It would cost around $120 to make, plus shipping of about $8.00(because it's kinda heavy).

  • I love it. Great performance. I am a fan of tribal and gothic, but.....your lighting wasn't bad, but wasn't great either, better than most gothic & tribal though.

I wished that all of the tribal & gothic dance performances were not in such poor lighting. I know that is part of the mustique/genre, but heck you can't even see the dancers most of the time, much less the nuances of their movements. Please pass this along to your tribal and gothic friends.

  • I know what you mean. This was at a lounge bar in downtown Knoxville. I think they had the lights up nearly as much as they wanted. That's the hard part about dancing in a venue instead of on a stage with spotlighting. I'll pass it along and thank you so much!

  • Very good.

tribal is diferent. This music is cool and your dance goes on the same heavy rythim.

  • I liked you're dance a lot and your costume was simple, but cute and very tribal-esque. =3

  • ha... dark... hazard of venue, experienced it myself. not always the dancer's choice! likley looked beauty-ful in person, however. and, nice recovery from the slip on the floor!

  • nice to see something alittle different. Loved It!!
