Although it's cool that you prefer the 8 bit versions of Ninja Gaiden, I gotta disagree with you that the new games suck. Yeah, the sexy makeover it got is nice, but there's much more to it than that. The gameplay is top notch, and any player can master it as long as they understand the fundamentals of the controls like blocking, counterattacking and evasion.

I thought the original ninja gaiden was an nes exclusive...then I saw a master system version, and now this.....I better check to see if there was an early colecovision version :)

despite what "geto" purports about the turbo grafix 16's visuals being superior to the NES, i think they are quite comparable.

You do realize the SNES got the original trilogy re-released in a similar fashion right. This isn't really that special, considering that the sound is largely the same as it was on the NES.
