Oh yeah.
I once had to field a tech service call from an elderly customer that had a problem with one of our DVDs. She said the pictures wouldn't move and there was no sound. ....After about 3 minutes of her describing her issue in what was probably the best of her technical vocabulary I realized that she was simply describing the DVD menu screen. XD
