the times of analog tv i had a small 5.5 inch black and white tv and i always wanted to watch the football game but my grampa wathced the news we live write beside a tv station that was broadcasting the game so i went there and the video was perfect great quality and we went beside a 7 11 store and there were like 50 people watvhing the game with me i didint even know them but what great times !!
I'm with you, I always carried my pocket tv with me ever since I was 9 years old. I'd go to my brother's baseball games just to watch free analog tv, since I got absolutely no reception at my house. Analog tv had a charm that will never be matched. Even if they came up with a new technology where you can have digital tv anywhere in your pocket, it still wouldn't be the same without ghosts, waves, and hisses
Here's what you do. Buy a portable television. There's a 7 inch one at Radio Shack for $150. Larger screen but it's still compact. The batttery life is iffy on its own but it comes with a car/home power adapter. And in a pinch, you can plug whatever you want in the A/V plugs.
I have two pocket ones like yours that will now become portable wireless receivers of another type. They're not dead yet.
