Apparently, when light is shut out from the eyes via closing your eyes and going to sleep, the pineal is activated; the chemicals. I do not know if this is supported by science or not.

Good and Thanks. It seems to have been a highly regarded part of our brain going back in history as far as ancient Egypt at least and possibly can be seen referenced to in major world religions of today, (maybe). Rightly or wrongly, it seems some believe it offers great potential to the individual.
