After all, it was from India we got the concept of 0. Zero; in mathematics. Arabians had been using a sexagesimal system for millenia, and europeans were still trying to do sums with the roman numerals. Black metal isn't about the sound, it's about the darkness and evil.

The only problem I see here is that they're not particularly Indian, they sound like Nordic Black Metal, but then again everybody must start somewhere. They sound good, but only 1833 AD has the right approach. Use what is good in your folk music, and expand upon it. Religions are a pest, so dwell on that, and get your vimanas going! There's a lot of good stuff that is apocalyptic and dark in Indian mythology... actually we all got it from there in Arabia and Europe.
