the X5 good do really well as a off roader, but it needs 3 things, a good driver, off road tires, and a TURN THE FUCKING DSC OFF. (For those of you who dont what DSC stands for, its the same thing as dynamic stability control,)

I agree with defenders and tires but my toyota hilux vx270 with grabber at2 tires would go up it fine I've towed a 16 ft trailer with 100 christmas trees on it up a hill like that on the farm road

X5s are terrible. BMW bought land rover in order to steal the range rover and turn it into the X5. It appears they totally forgot to take anything that was worth taking from land rover before selling them on.

High ground clearance - no

Terrain response - no

Anti stall - no

I do believe they stole the hill decent control which is ironic because no X5 had ever made it up a hill steep enough to need it.
