how do you know it was a teen, and also how could driver know his/her car was going to catch fire?
-
Um usually when it goes through the dispatch center spacific details are given as to what the type of incident it is. take a car fire for instence. you call and freak cus something is on fire, how ever they don't know as to how much the caller is exagerating, and as to responce time, a fire truck can't be 30 seconds from anywhere. fire houses are strgically located through out the city depending on call volume, and miles covered

how many people would take a car out on the highway if it was going to catch fire. I heard about a teen that was stpid enough to take a car that was going to catch on fire on the highway. he did not even say where the fire was going to occour.

true but the car owner could of called the fire department before going on the freeway to tell them where the car would catch fire but they were to ignorrant to do that. instead the choose to wat untill after it happened. the behavior of the driveris classic American teen behavior

I take the driver never bothered to tell rescue crews there was going to be a fire before it happened as the fire truck took such a huge amiunt of time to arrive. I imagine as crazy as it is it took them more than 2 monutes to get here.

is that around 188th?
About half way up the southcenter hill. Just as 518 and the mall traffic merges on.
