Ingredients:
4 pork chops
2 sweet potatoes
2 or 4 apples
3 small onions
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground sage or 1/2 teaspoon sage leaves
1/2 cup apple cider (optional)

I said in the video to bake at 350.... WRONG
I baked for 2 hours @ 325... sorry!

  • @freitasex Oh, I'm WAY ahead of you, haha. We bought a whole loin of park last week and had some cut into chops...as soon as I get to the store for the sweet potatoes and Granny Smiths and cider, I will be making it for my family. I asked my husband to watch your video and he agrees it looks delicious, so we're on on way! We live in the heart of apple country in upstate NY, so I am always looking for recipes to utilize apples and cider. I love your recipes and have tried several. All winners!
