Hmmmm I actually use Verizon DSL ( 4mbps) and it's pretty fast. The webcam works like it's a live show or something. The image doesn't freeze and the internet never stops working. We have directv HD TV, but the internet is Verizon DSL and works perfectly.

Great news! Now you have exactly what you want. Milo looked like he might have wanted to jump up into the dish (hee). Also good about the manager knowing about deaf and also about how all apt complexes will have to adjust for growing technology advances.
