CraftWerks RC Titanium Layshaft for the HPI Baja 5B/5T is finally here! It is a direct replacement for the stock layshaft, but MUCH lighter and stronger. Exclusive to our shaft is a uniquely designed large button head screw that eliminates the stock E-clips that have a tendency to come off and can damage the drivetrain if it ends up between the spur and pinion gears. Never have another DNF on race day due to losing that pesky hard to install E-clip either! (ONE LAYSHAFT in package)

  • Thats the glory of using the Team FastEddy grease, you only need a little. The diff you see has allways used TFE grease and it has well over 5 gallons of fuel on it. ZERO gear wear.

  • @MrBioluminescence no i meant, like the upgrade for the diff case... wouldnt it be wiser to buy the upgrade at the same time as the kit itself, so that by the time i get to build the diffcase, i'd use the upgrade instead of the stock..?

  • wouldnt it be better for me to buy these upgrades BEFORE building my HPI Baja 5B SS?? as it would save me tons of time dismantling and rebuilding after i completed it stock?

  • Nice video Ed!

    Good Work!

  • you didnt weight them against eachother D:

  • I'd use WAY more grease than that Eddy. I use a tooth pick to smear it around all the gears.
