Thanks guys for requesting a Waterproof Make-up Tutorial .I tried my best to find good waterproof products from the Drugstore .Hope this helps a lot !
There are many waterproof products out there nowdays and Some might already be in your Make-up bag. Most of the creme make-up products are made with wax which don't wash away in water :)
Do this Simple test ....Apply or swatch the product (Eyeshadow,foundation,eyeliner,lipstick )in your hand and run a luke warm water in your hand for at least 5 minutes and see if it washes away !
Here are some of the Waterproof Drugstore Make-up I used and Recommend. Not all were waterproof but It works
P.s I usually go for more earthy tone eyeshadows while I swim just incase I forget and end up rubbing my eyes hard!

Cover girl Eye Enhancers (Almost any highly pigmented Eyeshadows will stay on under water )

Blush :
Jemma Kidd 02 Masquerade( Try any Creme blush)
Lipstick :
24 Hour super stay Maybelline New York 'So Pearly Pink' / Lipstains

This is a great video. I watch always when I need a waterproof makeups for my costums party.

guys stop being so RUDE.She didnt say this was ONLY for underwater she also specified it could be for the rainy days, party's etc. she just chose to demonstrate in the water.
