In part two we begin modifying wires in order to make the wiring harness fit differently on the engine as the computer is being relocated from its original factory location. Power wires and grounds are dealt with, and we show how to modify the factory truck injector connections to work with an LS1 intake and injectors.

I'm kind of confused. So are you going to send the pcm to get programed? Also how are you powering the coils? One last thing what about the gauges? Would it be possible to use mechanical gauges for speedo?

Great job guys, I did my own harness three times due to water damage at PCM. I've since moved it into my cab. I wanted to suggest a solder torch, along with flux, makes a lot faster connection. Just FYI. Awesome quality vid.

Thanks for posting this! I had resigned myself to paying someone to modify the harness for my LS1/4L60E install into my '36 Chevy. After watching this, I think I'll tackle it myself!
