While in the music store I decided to try out the Yamaha 82 Custom Z saxophone. When there I fund that It played good (like a new sax). Yamaha has good finger-positioned keys, and an stylish sax. The sound on the other hand could be could be better. the design aloud me to hit almost every note, but Yamaha makes Saxes based on style and performance- not so much sound. Yamaha horns tend to weigh less than Selmer horns or any big brand horn. Light weight tend to have a thin sound. Although notes are fluid the saxes themselves lack power, and vibrate less in your hand. No rolled tone holes, which puts the sax at a disadvantage in silencing the lower register. All in all its more of a professional horn just to be a professional, and not a specialty/specialized horn. Ill give it a 7 out of 10.

  • avant de mettre sa tête sur internet, il vaut mieux acheter un bon micro d'enregistrement (au minimum audible)
