Wood Sorrel is abundant in many parts of europe. It is found here in an irish Forest. The whole plant can be eaten, but should be consumed in moderation as too much of anything wild plant can be dangerous. The bottom of the stem has a bitter taste, the plant flowers in spring(White), the leaves are heart shaped.
