when should the hat start curling because i am on the eighth row and it still has not curled up yet.

@pinkleopard28 It should have started already to curl for the crown...... Use a smaller hook and this will makeit start to curl

i've never seen a chain one after a double...is this specific to this pattern, a person preferance, or have i been doing it wrong this whole time?

@rustydog04 Yes the Chain 1 is just to make the eyelet/holes in the beanie
