Hey back then, you HAD to be able to do it all...step, sing, AND stay in tune. All the groups did it. Everybody was skinny back then...even though the food they ate was probably LESS healthy then. Performing kept you in shape! Acts these days can't do it all. They might be able to dance, but can sing and stay in tune or vice-versa.

Great group, who was under appreciated. Lots of talent compared to the trash today, i.e.....Justin Beaver, Lady Gagme, and the list goes on. Great video, wonderful performance by the O Jays. And yeah melotone, you are right, the audience really sucks. Terrific live performance by the Jays

I don't know how they survived their own performances -- that is a lot of movement in those rayon suits. Could easily loose a couple of pounds in one evening. The folks in that audience are stiffs, except some girls who are starting to swing and clap. With this same tune, they rocked the Soul Train crowd.  Buckets.

Bur, really, thanks for posting this. Its good to have this variety.
