@PickaxeStudio just be patient and you'l know. They won't say anything untill they want to, and when they do, it'l be public information that everyone will be able to understand.

Will the game take place in the 21st century or still back in the Edwardian Era?

So, what we learned about this video? The next game is probably going to be named 'Depth'. The game will probably have level editor and other editors build inside the game files, so you don't have to download them from the internet. HPL3 will get some big improvements for the engine (HPL_3_Engine_Design.txt). They probably already have full list what they are going to change for HPL3, (HPL_3_TODO.txt).
They should show them just for fun... :P

@thorflip1 The HPL3 Engine isn't downloadable. But the HPL1 Engine is freeware.
Download over at frictionalgames(dot)com/
Frictional Games I must say that you are the only game publisher that produces decent Horror games and I hope that you continue doing what you do best - which is making Horror games.
I must say though that the console players would LOVE to play Penumbra and Amnesia on the Xbox 360 and PS3.
It can be ported and the controls are not a issue as I currently am playing Amnesia with a Xbox 360 wireless controller and it feels really responsive.
Good luck with the project! ^_^
