  • love the creative pain. reckon having chuck liddell behind you would be an insentive to move your ass. seen some othet pit videao and nice to see an instrcutor done the hard yards too. much rspect and keep up the good work

  • nice flip flops brian

  • @dagstidning No it's not that simple. If you want to bring some evidence to the table ill gladly make prove you wrong. What happens on the outside is not the same as what is going on the inside.

  • hello john i have looked through other training demos throughout your page and also after reading chucks book. i coach rugby league here in australia and have used many of your tourture routines.... they are absolutley great even tho my players dont often agree but every one else agrees i have the fittest sides i coach... well done mate

  • @peepingtom101 Train fast = Fight fast, Train slow = Fight slow. Jump rope, burpees, intervalls, kettlebells, shadowboxing, sparring, ladder drills, pad work etc. builds speed, power and endurance simultaneously. Btw you give an emotional impression.

  • John, do u know who joe sylva is?, if u do thats my sensei =] he always talks about u and that big meeting in december

  • @dagstidning 2 years later and your still an idiot. You think purely explosive work will let you fight someone for 5 rounds?. Jesus.

  • thats why fedor is nr.1
