  • Shouldn't the stroke on the i be pointed backwards? I've read a lot and I mean a lot about the Devanagari alphabet, to the extent that I remember by heart almost any western sound consonant, however when pronounced I've heard some major inaccuracies or incoherences. Original Sanskrit seems to be much more coherent than modern Hindi.
