  • @JordanRossMackenzie: Uh.. Martin Luther never considered the pope the antichrist. I mean he did but at the start of the reformation he never did...

  • just proves how corrupt and evil the Roman Catholic church and its system is, when they try to spin and change history.

The Reformation came about because the Christians at the time believe that the Pope is an anti-Christ, just like Christians today still do, and that he stole the title, role, position, authority, power, and glory that belongs to Christ.

This guy tries to degrade the reason for the reason for the Reformation. Just read the writings of the early reformers.

  • where is the int. cath. univ.?

  • most of that was completely irrelevant...whats wrong? afraid to admit that the catholics were rightfully accused of selling indulgences? practices of simony and dispensation? STOP BEATING AROUND THE BUSH AND TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH! Oh and those "good popes" of yours persecuted innocent people for not believing in your form of deity...Jesus would have NEVER done that! Catholicism is a joke! there is no scriptural evidence that God appoints a holy ruler..we are all equal in God's eyes

  • And so how did Rome meet the need for change?

By establishing the Jesuit to counter all attempts at change.

Counter Reformation and Inquisition is still ongoing today, globally. She does not recant, she does not change.

  • Good lecture, but the guy can't talk, he... is... very... slow... like he is having trouble thinking about what he is going to say, after a while he bored me, but it's still a good lecture.
