  • @12345davee Just keep at it, when i first started i couldnt do but maybe half of the video, and now it has gotten much easier! same with pullups! I couldnt do any un-assisted before, and now i have to wear a weighted vest :)

  • DUDE at day one you have some rockin biceps bro ... and now your a full body of nothing but muscular beast hahaha. Great transformation bro and love the dedication.... you could be a great insperation

  • I don't have p90x but I am thinking about getting it. Once you passed 90 days did you start the whole process over? I don't know much about this so I might be asking something stupid.

  • @MrJoshy1212 Hey man sorry for late response, im busy as usual, but yeah my starting bench was probably around 190?? and now my max is somewhere up around 250. as far as squat, clearly my legs got alot stronger, but i never actually maxed out squat. Hope this helps!

  • @ukTopMusic Yes i did cardio 2-3 times a week, and diet was just clean, no grains no dairy. lots of veggies, fruits, and lean meats!

  • @tapeduck21 Eat 5-6 times daily, and try to just get in some fruits veggies lean meats and carbs depending on your current level of fitness
