  • i did everything in the video and i still gettint the rrod whats the problem?

  • this has happened to me before, all i did was remove the blocks again and got rid of the metal washers alltogether. try it without them just try not to tighten the screws too much if u do get rid of the metal washers. i have about a 95% success rate with this method. its not 100% :/ oh yea and some people leave the fans unplugged for about 2 minutes with the system on then turn it off and let it cool for a bit. then start it up again with the fans on and it often works this way too..

  • Do i keep only the nylon washers?

  • yeah, but like i sed dont over tighten. make sure they're tight but not to the point to where u'll damage the board. my own personal one has the nylon washers only but thats the only one i've had to do this on.

  • Cool =]

    I might try this =]

My uncle offered me his rrod 360 for nutin so I have nothing to lose =P

  • just incase it doesnt work which has happened 2 me, try losing the metal washers all together but dont tighten too much. or just sell me the xbox b4 u try it :)
