A short progression from the first time I tried a standing front off my trampoline, to when I landed it on flat.

There were 5 steps in my progression, each taking about 3 minutes to perfect. The whole progression therefore took me only 15 minutes, and I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to learn the standing front (Phill).

  • how do you even get full rotation?! you dont do anything that would give you roto

  • @ghettoblakpenguins I tuck in very quickly. Also note my take-off angle.

  • You have a Wintersun t-shirt. For that alone, you deserve an EPIC WIN mention. Nice Frontflip !
