Improve Windows Vista Performance By using this easy setting

This setting makes it so you use all of your processors. By deafault Vista has it set to 1 for some reason. But using all of them makes it so your computer can be at maximum performance.

To undo just redo the steps.

This only speeds the boot time but I won't suggest it for laptops because letting it boot with all processors instead of one can take a bit of battery power while booting. The computer will run on all processors normally when the computer has finished booting, so I don't really see the reason to change the setting

You know Windows will use all the available cores by default, this option is just a limitor. See the comment by paulgrem.
