No, the 2nd shippuden song isn't from a doujinshi, but the 2nd ending of shippuden is a video with a doujinshi drawn by kishimoto, this doujinshi is drawn by a different mangaka. I just used the song, because I discovered the 2nd ending the same time as this doujinshi, so I thought I would make my own alternative 2nd ending theme of the shippuden episodes. And yes sasunaru does rule all!!
