What does a Paranormal Pooch, the Mayor's Alliance For NYC's Animals & Schmitty The Weather Dog all have in common? They were all at the POP-UP Shop on Lexington at 47th St today. Meteorologist Ron Trotta was also there helping Schmitty pawcast the weather - all to promote Small Business Saturday and pet adoption. Small dog, small store, small business - small is the new big.
