Panic Attacks/Generalized Anxiety/Xanax/Making Changes.

An Over-Sharer or just being being real? Your call. Starts off with some chatter about MAC makeup and my first time being able to view and buy a couple things, evolving into a far more serious subject.. I suppose you could say it goes into the start of a series which I will be exploring.. kind of like "the real me" that I don't even acknowledge a good deal of the time. I have a lot of self-improvement to do and it will require a LOT of work, courage and belief in my self, as well as support from my loved ones. I think it will work out but I'm still skeered!
