Me doing sled pulls, starting off backwards, great way to hit your quads if you have the facilities available and are tired of leg extensions, and you also get a total body benefit as well, while the forwards hit mostly posterior muscles(hamstrings, calves and glutes) while also still giving your quads a challenging workout.
