It looks like it's written in pretty plain english. That is not crazy talk. You've said absolutely nothing that educated me on how to interpret this Amdendment.

The way I read it is we can stop future spending, but the 14th amendment makes the debt ceiling unconstitutional because it's a backward thing.

WOW, this guy is fucked UP//// I searched John Cornyn, just another asshole pol from Texas (no offense to the Lone Star State) and found this basement-dweller who thinks hes an economist, or a prophet, or some kind of low rent Glen Beck. Wouldn't matter to me either way.... I have money sitting on the side in money markets that earn nothing. I'd be happy to see interest go to 5% or 10% but all of you with credit card balances will get slammed. If the interest rate goes up, I can tell you now that the government will inflate the value.

CIA AGENTS, MILITARY MEN, DOCUMENT EXPERTS, LAWYERS, PI'S THEY ALL SAY HE IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND COULD BE IMPEACHED ON THIS MASSIVE COVER-UP BUT THEY WON'T TOUCH HIM!!!!!!...................
