1998 Toyota Camry
214,000 miles on the original engine.
I poured a third of a can of Seafoam in the brake booster then turned off the car and waited ten minutes for the seafoam to do it's magic. Then I revved the engine to for about 2 minutes to make sure all the crap is out of the engine. Afterwards, pour a third of a can of the elixer into the gas tank.Save the last third of a can for a rainy day.

  • I have the exact same car, it hesitate when start during cold temp it idles at 500 to 600 rpm not good!! I'm thinking about using Seafoam soon, I hopes it helps and any help or recomend of what else I should do would be appreciated thanks!!

  • @ujayet . start the car with the brakebooster line reattached. Also change your sparkplugs with ngk brand plugs and a get a good airfilter,I add lucasoil gas treatment in almost every tank of gas to help keep the fuel-injectors clean and to keep gas-mileage up.buy a quart of lucas gas treatment at walmart for 10$ because it is a lot cheaper that way. I also use Castrol High-mileage oil with a Puralotor oil filter.PURalator is much better than cheap fram filters.say no to fram.LOL

  • I got rid of the car with 228,000+ miles on it. It ran great but the struts went bad a second time. Also got sick of driving the same car for years. LOL. It also needed new paint.
