I can't wait til this takes effect;

there are too many people on the road who can't drive well anyhow, and cell phones, I've nearly been hit, I've even seen people who couldn't operate a shopping cart cause they're too engrossed on their cell!

and some of us, who have had loved ones lives ruined due to bad drivers, have ZERO tolerance for people who think it's okay to drive while on a cell, even FUNNY.
