the hardest part about hating rollerblading is coming with new arguments that havent been used 1000000000x by the whole skateboardindustry, or is it not to click those rollerbladevideo's because you secretly admire the sport but dont want to say it becuz you want to buy friends by not rollerblading?

the hardest part about rollerblading is telling ur parents that ur gay

Depends on if there are any rails in your neighboorhood, you have a skatepark with a low, straight rail? Then you don't need one.
You don't have any good starter rails? You could make one.

i have one of those pvc rails that i skate on but i have a buch of supports and a metal rod inside so it cant really break

Yeah I bought some 40 and 30mm pipes (my new one is 30mm, but it sucks) and tried to break them, they are quite strong. With that metal rod in I guess it's very strong. 'FR'
