  • You have a nice presence. The knowledge you impart will empower many. Being brilliant is one thing but your ability to relay the information is truly a gift not many have. I enjoyed this video immensely. Your light shines bright. Renee

  • I wish i was old enough to completely understand this. Im just not in that state of mind yet :<

  • You can't just "atone" for something wrong you did by doing other "good" things. The good does not "make up for" the bad. What youre are saying is to try to counterbalance guilt from bad w/ good feelings from good deeds. That does not work-even at the most basic level. You can't "stop twice" at enough stop signs to UNDO your legal guilt & traffic ticket for not stopping at just 1 stop sign. We all need guilt TAKEN AWAY, not counterbalanced. We don't "do" something for that; we need grace.

  • fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.

I'm suffering right now due to my fears of the world. To me the world is a scary place. How do I overcome this fear?

  • Anger equals denial. Face Fear.. Guilt hurts yourself..... Atone..Thank you again for simplifying. Not being sarcastic, You really make sense. UTube is awesome...I love the sharing....

    (2) Further: rather, that the anger becomes a tool for stability in times of distress, in not wanting to change for others.

No: suffering is only as a result in accepting things you do not want, but don't or do have control over. Either way and even if you didn't have control over an event, you don't have to accept it in staying with it; you can always move on (excluding death), via mentally, physically or emotionally; the choice is yours, though, it can be a constant struggle in choosing.

  • Couldn't it also be the other way around, rather that people deny you your peace in imposing their will upon you, in that you do not want to change, making you uncomfortable? Isn't that a justifiable anger, that if you do not want to change, though, knowing that you could but wont, would rather stand alone and avoid people altogether; though, that other people won't accept it, makes your world a living hell?
