A firearm includes-

Any air guns and other barreled weapons designed to have: A muzzle velocity of 152.4 meters per second or less and/or A muzzle energy of 5.7 joules or less.

I don't think this gun shoots at 152.4 meters (500 feet) per second.

In itially the caps are really load and the gun is a revolver but thanks for good advice
