Wonderful and calming. I practice Hatha Yoga and have been trying to find suitable music to relax with. Could you tell me what the music is you used for this video.
Many Thanks.
wow exhilirating, this felt more like a performance if anytthing. Amazing body chemistry, is it always like this with all your clients?

@eyobg16 This *was* a performance :-) I made these four videos about 3 months into my training (5 years ago...). I've since learned to slow down quite a bit. But, yes, it is still an improvised dance of sorts, linking one movement with the next, deciding where to go from moment to moment according to the receiver's needs in the moment...

This is really cool (:
<3 these videos.
Do you listen to this type of music during sessions?

@MissHannahJanel Thanks Hanna, & wow I didn't realize so many people asked me about the music, but looking back now, that's quite a common question, there are five similar comments just below yours!
To answer you (all), on my website's "shop" page, there's a selection of music i like to play for Thai massage and yoga, with samples to listen to. I don't actually sell anything myself, but there are links to buy the albums on amazon.

@GoldenThaiYoga oh sorry I didn't realize others were asking the same question haha. That's cool I will check it out (: How long did it take you to be so good at this? I noticed some others mention this but it's really like a beautiful dance (:

@MissHannahJanel no need to apologize, i was remarking that i had neglected to answer the question 5 times lol :-))
I made these 4 videos a few months after completing my 3rd 5-day course (and umpteen practices...). it really is like a dance, only in real life it moves more slowly; we do less postures and they last longer.
