That was the dumbest shit I ever saw in my life. The ab man did his best to absorb the strikes it appears. He might as well have been in a collision. This vlog was truly a cult classic fetish clip for sadomasochists. No offense. But this stuff is as stupid as Russian roulette. I always tell my friends who do ab work, do not strike yourself near the scapula; you will die. I just hope that guy is okay.
