    No es por que el proyecto es demasiado perfecto y no permite que se robe en su implementación, ni en su operación. Se lo escuché decir por radio al mismísimo Ing Laura.

    Yo también firmé. El otro día en una radio de Rosario le escuché decir al ingeniero Laura (autor del proyecto) que la razón por la que nunca ningún gobierno le dió bola al proyecto es por que no permite robar, ni en su implementación ni en su operación. Que paisito Dios mio !!!! Somos inviables !!!!
